Important Vocab :-

Avalanche (N):– हिमस्खलन  a slide of large masses of snow and ice and mud down a mountain.
Synonyms: roll down
Uses: Just over a year ago 16 Sherpa

Synonyms: – assume, seize, take over, usurp

Trick:- A surrogate mom arrogate the custody of the child for ever.
Primordial (Adj):- प्रारम्भिक,मौलिक,having existed from the beginning; in an earliest or original stage or state.
Synonyms:  aboriginal , primeval , primal , primeval
Uses: primordial forms of life.
Trick: primordial” = “prime” + “order” =first in the order = existing at the beginning , rudimentary
Unassailable (Adj):– अखंडनीय, अभेद्य, अनाक्रयnot open to attack; impregnable; not subject to question.
Synonyms: impregnable , inviolable , secure , strong , unattackable
Uses: fortifications that made the frontier inviolable.
Trick: A boat can be made to change direction by changing direction of SAIL. so one who is unassailable cannot be changed or questioned or attacked or tampered with.it remains as it it
Iconoclastic (Adj):-      मूर्ति-भंजन से संबंधितcharacterized by attack on established beliefs or institutions; destructive of images used in religious worship; said of religions, such as Islam, in which the representation of living things is prohibited.
Synonyms: Unorthodox, destructive.
Uses: This comes in the wake of other iconoclastic destruction by Islamic State.
Nomadic:  घुमंतू , आवारा
roaming about from place to place aimlessly, frequently, or without a fixed pattern of movement
Synonym:roaming,vagabond, wandering
Usage:Raised in a nomadic family, she attended half a dozen different high schools
Sanguine: आशावादी, जीवनानंदconfident and hopeful, eager for or marked by the shedding of blood, extreme violence, or killing
Synonym: bloody-minded, homicidal, murdering,
sentence: the Civil War remains America’s most sanguine conflict
Regale– दावत करना ,  खुश करनाto entertain sumptuously :  feast with delicacies,  to give pleasure or amusement to
Synonym-dinner, feed, feast
Sentence-Regaled his grandchildren with stories of his time in Morocco
Soporific :-  ऊंघता हुआ  नींद लानेवाला
Meaning:
 tending to induce drowsiness or sleep., a drug or other substance that induces drowsiness or sleep.
Synonym: sleeping pill, sleeping potion, sedative, tranquillizer, narcotic, opiate;
Antonym: invigorating,  stimulant
Sentence: “the motion of the train had a somewhat soporific effect”...
