How We can solve the adaptability test in the Indian Air Force group X&Y Group -

1:___ADAPTABILITY TEST 1:-

In this test; various situation are given with four options. You have to select the most appropriate answer because all the four options are correct. One must consider in what way he will act in that situation. (Read more)

There are 45 questions and candidates have to attempt all questions without leaving a single question in 30 minutes. There are approximately 4-5 questions of reasoning are given.

For clearing this test; not other preparition is required but for 100% sure candidates can download various apps and videos of SRT.Approx. only 6-8 candidates doesn't able to qualify this rest are easily qualified in this exam...

2:___ADAPTABILITY TEST 2:-

This test is GD(Group Discussion).

To qualify in this test candidates must improve their English. This GD is not tough like SSB Entery don't take much tension about it.

At first group is allotted to every candidates.Then a passage is given for reading to every one for only five minutes.Then Officers asks you to give introduction for 1 minutes to every candidates. Be confident and give it without any hesitation.After introduction you are asked to start group discussion.Try to start the discussion as it creates good impact on other members as well as instructor.Try to speak a few points in between of discussion also.

If you will do only this much you will be selected as only 1-2 members fails to qualify this group discussion….

That is all for Adaptability Test conducted for IAF XY.

Now; you will experience a best thing there at the time of result declaration of GD i.e last stage of this recuirement process. Read what I experienced at that time;

After the GD all candidates were instructed to seat at their respective seat. I was stressed by thinking about the results because I don't want to fail at this stage.I get at my seat and eagerly wanting for the results.After 10 minutes; CO sir came in hall and announced the Roll No. of candidates. I was shocked that he didn't call my number. I felt very bad at that time because I had given GD best.The candidates whose Roll No is called were sent to another room.

Then CO sir said to us what did you think are you all selected?? We all are silent. No one reply to him.

Then he said Clap for yourself you are selected. OMG! we doesn't know how to react? All of us feel very happy that we are selected. I clapped first time for time for me.There was not a word to describe my feelings.
